Ladder Company Eleven Chimney & Aerial Service
About us
At Ladder Eleven we take pride in being a specialty contracting company. This means that we focus on a few things and do them well, such as: gas or wood fireplace sales and installation, gas or wood fireplace maintenance, chimney maintenance/repair. We are the company to contact if you have been told that your project cannot be done. Keep in mind that we strictly adhere to codes set forth by the National Fire Protection Association in the NFPA 211 and also local and state building codes. We will never okay a project if it violates any of these, and we will never deam a fireplace/chimney safe if it is in violation of code. But if can be done to code, we will make it happen. We are the company that customers contact when they have a wrong to be righted. Here are just a few samples of the issues we have encountered in the greater Puget sound: improperly installed fireplaces, gas fireplaces that never worked quite right, an 8x12 rectangular liner mortared into an open masonry fireplace that blocked air flow because it was resting on the smoke shelf, and a Russian fireplace that was swept but still contained gallons of level 3 creosote in the top 2 flutes. Long story short, where others have cut corners, we have been called in to do it right. We value quality, craftsmanship, and offer great products at affordable prices. We sell and install HeatFab stainless liners, Forever Flex liners, Gelco standard and custom caps, and wood and gas stoves and inserts. We also offer 21 point inpsections and cleanings of chimney's and fireplaces, which we do meticulously and we never leave a mess. We will spend the time with our customers to find out what they want, what they need, and what we can do to make it happen on time and within their budget. So if you are looking for a company that is a little different, a little better, and a little more creative than the average chimney company, then you should take the time to discuss your needs with Ladder Eleven.

"Terrible? We are terrible because we installed cured, tempered, specially made refractory panels in his fireplace months ago that he recently broke? We are terrible because we told him to get a safer fireplace, which he refused? We are terrible because the panels took longer than expected to make so we let him keep the final $100 payment? Really?"
"I appreciate the feedback from this customer. I have made the necessary adjustments in procedures to ensure this does not happen again. Such as firing the new office worker who neglected to forward any messages from this and other customers. If my installer had known about the situation, he would have gone out and rectified it immediately."
"This was not a bait and switch, as there are variables to chimney cleaning that can only be recognized at the home site. This was actually just miscommunication between the office and the crew, and this client ended up paying the quoted price, plus tax. Had it been a bait and switch we would have demanded she pay the higher fee, which we did not."
