Ladds Property

These people were friendly and good workers. The work was not started as soon as promised which is the only reason I gave them less than five stars. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again. They do multiple types of jobs, so they could be contacted for many other types of work besides the ramp they completed for us.

I called about 5 companies to get quotes for a deck job. They were the first to answer and came out the next day. Others contractors straggled in over the course of several weeks. Their quote was not the lowest quote i got but it was very close to the lowest and they seemed very competent. After having trouble getting an answer from the other contractor who was slightly lower cost, i called LADDS back and offered them the job. He answered the phone (which is always nice) and came back the next day and started about two weeks later when the wood order came in. They did a demo of my old deck and replacement with a new deck that was sturdy enough for a hot tub. Did a fantastic job and worked daily till it was done. Deck looks great and i hope to hire them again in the future for other deck jobs iâ  m going to have once i save up enough. Great quality. Always responsive. And fast. Simple.

Very nice work and friendly

This company was very thorough, easy to work with and knew exactly what my repair problem needed. I had 2 other companies look at my issue, wasn t sure how to fix it , wanted to only remove part of my sidewalk to do the repair, not replace my concrete and charge over double. I m very happy with the work Ladds properties have done and will recommend and use them again!

Is having them back in the spring. They are very amiable. Very courteous. Very helpful. Did quality work. Has a great attitude. And didn't waste any time.

What they are saying they sticking to it no big changes and I'm just lucky I've get them.
