The owner actually did my work. She arrived early so I didn't have my dogs outside. They liked her right away. One is a huge bulldog mix and he loved her. She was thorough, friendly and explained things to me and gave helpful hints..like don't store extra plastic bags they can provide a nesting area. I'm sending an email around work soon. I absolutely recommend her company. My bugs are gone!!! Even in todays economy you cannot put a price on peace of mind However, she was inexpensive. Loved her, loved the results and loved the price!!!!!

Excellent Job. I contacted them to schedule an appointment as soon as possible to treat college daughters rental home which had a flea problem. I was contacted immediately by email and phone by Patrice who was patience, courteous and very responsive. The service was provided immediately and very professionally. The bill for one treatment and a followup was very, very reasonable. I will use this company for all our needs and recommend them without exception.

She was very easy to talk to and really knew her stuff. She applied her powder in places inside the house but haven't seen any around those places (master bathroom). When we walked around the outside of the house where she thought they were (by the sliding glass door)and put some powder they literally came out of the woodwork. They died within seconds. Since then, we've only seen a few.

Pat Stratton was very knowledgeable and professional and we were vey satisfied with her work.

Pat came out and inspected my attic for rodents. She spent quite a bit of time in a hot Florida attic. She saw no signs of any rodents, was HONEST and said no futher action needed to be taken.

She is a fantastic lady. She has been managing my apartment complex since 1998 or 1999. Everything she does is top notch. I have never had a problem with her at all. She really know her stuff.
