Fantasy Maids was amazing they really did an outstanding job of cleaning my home. The crew worked hard working together each in thier own section of the house all coming together in the familyroom to complete the job. Aliene challenged me to find dirt when they were done and i could not. Amazing great job Fantasy Maids you really did put a meaning in cleaning. I will be seeing you very soon, Thanks a bunch.

They were 1 � hours late the first day. They informed me they would be a staff of 4 and completed the cleaning in 4-6 hours. They came with only 2 people, one left shortly after arrival (2 hours). They didn�t complete my house cleaning. In fact, she (one employee) was cleaning for 7 hours and only got the kitchen and family room cleaned. This is an empty house, freshly painted and new carpets. She wanted to come back the next day to �finish� and wanted more money. She returned the next day, 2 hours late, and did absolutely nothing for 3 hours. Bathrooms were not cleaned and floors not completed. No recommendation.

"My crew(of 4) did the best job possible under the circumstances. We apologize for your dissatisfaction. The amount of grease & grime in the kitchen & bathrooms was more than expected. We also cleaned the windows, blinds & tracks free of charge. The realtor was so impressed with our "fabulous job" that she requested our card to recommend us to her colleagues & the banks."

Fantasy Maids called me back almost as soon as I made the request for service provider from ServiceMagic. I was given helpful, positive information about the type of cleaning service they offered as well as a good idea of costs. We made an appointment right away. I like the way the Fantasy Maids team members kept me advised every step of the way. When they arrived they assessed what needed to be done and went to work right away. No one smoked in my home, every one was polite and courteous. Their work was outstanding and the commitment of the crew to clean to my satisfaction was exemplary.

They really did not know what they were doing. She did know how to clean showers but that was about it. Her helper had no clue on how to clean and he did NOT CLEAN anything downstairs in my home. It made himself look very busy, but he did not clean anything. She spent 2 hours cleaning my shower, however she did not clean anything else in my master bedroom. I would have prefered her to clean other things beside my shower. Her big seller on cleaning seems to be showers. Her helper seems to complain a lot that there is TOO MUCH WORK! She kept trying to Justify that he is new.

"This is not entirely true, I spent two hours on the whole master bathroom, master bed room, and the entire upstairs. This person also failed to mention that she was not charged for the two hours of work we did. We sincerely apologize for your unhappiness."

Aileen was extremely detailed and did a wonderful job on my house. I have a dog that sheds and hardwood floors. She made the floors shine and dog hair was non-existent. They also did a fabulous job on my two bathrooms. I would highly recommend Aileen for a detailed cleaning or for weekly cleaning jobs.

The main problem is the "Team of cleaners" turned into one person that had to come for 4 days. Pretty disruptive. She was afraid of spiders. Hard when you have to vacuum up the webs. Next problem was that she didn't like the idea of picking up an item, cleaning under it and then replacing it in place. I like the was my stuff is arranged and have no desire to to have "new arrangements" each week. I have a bi weekly service, I cleaned my house last weekend and found that I had to do the same amount of work that I normally would do each week.

"It was only three days and the lady's home was huge and very old, every surface was old wood in which she wanted oiled with Murphy's oil in which attracts dust. She had an excessive amount of little nix-naks and she wanted each one dusted individually with glass cleaner then the shelf beneath it oiled and placed back this takes time."

I am so impressed with the quality of workmanship that is standard of Fantasy Maids Inc. They really do put a knew meaning to cleaning Aliene and her crew really took time and did a very thorough job I have never seen my home so clean. They maybe high priced but you get what you pay for. I will be having Fantasy Maids Inc. out here to detail my home on a bi monthly biases. Wonderful job Fantasy Maids I look forward to our next meeting. Thanks a bunch.

I requested a major cleaning & was very clear about the details. 1 person showed began 2 work & realized she needed help. She left. Returned about 12am w/2 men & attempted to finish. 2am & 25% left to clean I asked them 2 leave, as the following morning was my Mom's Funeral. I foolishly hired them on a bi-weekly basis. 1st week was OK. I needed 2 confirm time of next visit. Called many times, no response & then no one showed up 2 clean. Called again & left another message. 3 days later my call was returned. By then, nothing she said or offered made a difference. This service is unprofessional

"There was so much animal mess to clean out of the carpets and the furniture after working for a solid 5 hrs on the one room i left for a dinner break and returned at 7pm with help and we worked tell 2 out of the kindness of my heart i wanted it all nice for her mothers funeral. We did show for her next cleaning, my phone was down three days a week b-4 her scheduled cleaning Sorry I did my best 4 u"
