I was very impressed with the service A Tech arrived approximately 1 hr after I called to solicit help. ( Smoke from my dryer set off the smoke alarms, the night before... ) The Tech id the problem & fixed it within 30 min after his arrival... Also, there was no fee to come & assess the problem... They are an example of excellent customer service!!!

Technition was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and let me know what to expect. He ordered the part and set a time with me to make the repair. Each time he also arrived on time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
