Water Heater Installation and Replacement

Woke up this morning to the 13 yr old hot water heater sounding like popcorn popper. Did a little research and figured out I needed to replace it. Not something I felt comfortable doing myself (not too mechanically inclined). Jumped on ServiceMagic because I used it successfully before and within 15 minutes Randy called me. Quoted me a price and said he could be here this afternoon. He was reasonable on the price and showed up early. Did the job without issues and was out in about 2 hours. Very personable guy and I was happy with the job he did -- same day service! I am finding it hard to find ANYTHING to complain about. =)
