Francis Lagos serves as our Operations Manager and remote assistant, handling scheduling, customer communication, and estimate coordination to ensure fast and organized support for our clients. Luis Lagos is the owner and lead field technician of Techus LLC, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience in low-voltage systems, networking, and technology installations.

Luis was unbelievably prompt, kind and professional. He spent 1.5 hours working on our TV installation…and then discovered at the end that the TV was broken (not his fault, it came like that). He then removes TV, helped us pack it up, and then came back LATE the next day to hang our replacement. We will use him for ALL of our TV and audio needs (in fact we plan to use him for speaker installation soon).
