Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
The quality of the work performed was below my satisfaction. Shingles were not laid in a straight pattern, were billed for new vents that were merely painted and re-used. Billed 64 dollars a sheet for plywood where OSB was used. Overall, the job looks sloppy and not professional. Would not recommend hiring this company if you have an eye for detail.
Response from Lagunas Interstate Construction, LLC
"Upon the final inspection of this roof the customer was satisfied. This review comes in approximately a month later and I am blind sided. Not sure what happened between the roof being done and the check clearing."

They were so fast! They were at our house at the crack of dawn. Had our old roof off by 8:00 am and had the new roof on by 10:30 and were cleaning up. They did a great cleanup. I did not find and old shingles or nails anywhere after they left. We were very pleased! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I thought hard about this review, I was going to pass on this because they were late 3-4 days starting! However they did an excellent job in Auburn Illinois. considering my daughter and I had to Finnish picking up the nails on the driveway. Again I say again; the roof was done in a professional manner. Response from Lagunas Interstate Construction, LLC
"I think it is possible some nails might have slid under the dumpster and then appeared once the dumpster was removed. So, there went our perfect rating. 5 for quality, 5 for customer service, 5 for value for money and this averaged out to a 2.5 rating? Tough grader!"

I couldnâ t of asked for more from Ron Williams and his crew. From the beginning to the end. They were professional, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient . They showed up to work and completed the job and cleanup as promised. I would use this company for future projects. Thank you, Mark Barber
