"Customer misled me on what the project was . First a swing set then swing set slide After laying everything out it had a rock climb swing slide club house. instructions said 2 to 3 people for safe assembly I gave her one price and she said it was a bit more so I gave her another price over the phone. When I was on the job I laid out the 3000 piece project. I did ask for more since she misled me on how big it was. She criticized me because my wife came to the job and my wife is the owner of the company. The instructions said 2-3 people to assemble safely. I let her pick the amount she was going to pay me and I told her to just be fair. After t"

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
Gregory was quick to respond and came for an estimate appointment within 30 minutes. He throughly cleaned the gutters on the following morning and pointed out at a couple of things that need to be fixed: a missing down spout and moss growth on the roof. For which I hired him to do on Monday afternoon. So start to finish is 4 days, including a weekend.

"Lindsey wanted a price to move a hot tub from chico to redding. I gave her a price and she said she was going to get a few more bids. I was awarded the contract probably since I was the lowest bidder. I made arrangements to pick up the hot tub from one property and to drop it off on the other property. I scheduled with three people, where I picked it up, where I dropped it off and with Lindsey. I picked up the hot tub, accident free and the homeowner was happy. I took it to redding and the person that was receiving said they had a dolly and people to help if needed. We were on time for delivery with the hot tub and the guy was a bit upset sin"
