Lake County Tree Service was extremely timely in getting the work done, especially after our atmospheric river of January 2023.

This company can handle large and even dangerous jobs. I tried to get a good but smaller, less expensive tree guy for my job but he said it was too dangerous for his expertise without the specialized equipment. Lake County Tree Service took out my falling willow without damage to the sea wall 2 feet away nor the shed 3 feet away. Also the pruning of the other 3 trees was thorough. If you have a medium tree with no complications then you might use a small tree guy and save money but if you want a thorough job with worry free service and can pay a little more then please consider them.

They only worked 4 to 5 hours a day. Could have got the job done quicker. Over all it was a good job.

They did the work during the week, while I was away. The job site post 3 huge trees cut was left clean and no trace of dirt. They finished the job well and left the place very clean. I asked to leave me with some mulch and they did.

Very professional. Arrived on time. Worked hard and did a great Job. Had a lot of trees to cut down and trim. They spent 3 days here. I've lived here for 34 years and now I can see the sky and have so much light. They were respectful of my property and did everything I asked. They cut the wood into manageable pieces but getting a splitter for firewood was up to me. They brought along a giant shredder and used it to shred the brush. They left the yard in excellent condition. They were all nice guys and easy to get along with. Worked well together as a team. Jose the guy in charge also has a great artistic eye what needs to be done.

I liked that they kept in touch with me about when they would be there. They were polite, worked hard and got it done quickly. I'm very very happy with this company.

They even cut the wood up for fire wood for me and hauled the rest of it away

Jose as the point person was able to come and do an assessment and estimate in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Under his direction his team took great care with all our trees. They all really take pride in their work with a keen eye for details. Everything looks so beautiful now! Jose gave me information on the health of our trees and we have a plan for the future to maintain their health. Clean up was excellent. After I called for an appointment I was contacted almost immediately. Jose came that afternoon with insurance papers, a brochure and did a walk around of what I needed done. I made the deal with him and the work was done perfectly. Everything neat and tidy when they left. Pictures of the finished job were sent via email. I am most satisfied.
