"He did not pay me to move his furniture so it was his responsibility to move it himself & to put protection under any items put back onto the wet carpet. He hired us knowing this. We cleaned 6 rooms, not 4 and took 90 minutes. I did not charge him for the 2 extra rooms. He only had 3 tiny spots that came out 100%. We did a walk thru before & after the cleaning. His appointment was between 9 & 10 and I was there at 9 so I guess that's early. He was not friendly, kind or happy from when he answered the door when we arrived. If he did not like the cleaning I did or me why would he ask me for a quote to clean his basement in the future?"

"Not sure why the low star review. This carpet had no spots or heavy dirt to begin with and the carpet looked very nice. In my 20 years experience I can honestly say this job went perfect."

"Shampooing with brushes is 1970's technology. It will destroy todays carpet fiber. It will break the fiber down and frail it. There is no such thing as truckmounted steam cleaning that mats a carpet down. This means the carpet is already matted down and the cleaning did not pull the fiber back up whiich means it is already worn out. If a person waits 3 years to clean a carpet, the carpet will be worn and crushed from the dirt destroying the carpet fiber. Our system with the high vacuum lifts fiber not mats it. How can vacuum mat a carpet? Does a vacuum cleaner mat carpet? They never called me to give me a chance to go back."

"There are only 3 carpets that I have cleaned in 20 years that did not look like I cleaned them and this is not one of them. The 3 were carpets that needed to be replaced. This one was like new so there was no huge difference in appearance but I still removed all of the dirt..She failed to mentioned I removed a horrible yellow stain along her wall and pet odors that would not come out from other cleaners. She also did not mention her stairs were trashed and I made them look almost like new again. The rest of the carpet was not trashed or bad at all. They never called me to give me a chance to go back there."

"My cleaning in fact did and does go right up to the baseboard. This person has filtration lines that run along the baseboards which are usually permanant stains. Fireplaces, candles and dirty vents cause this. I explained in detail what they are and what causes them and what to expect. I gave her a tip how to try to remove them with a product that costs less then $5. It needs to be applied 3 days in a row. She was not willing to pay me to come back 2 more times to apply it. This is not part of the normal cleaning. I did the first application for no charge and they did not go away."
