I wanted to inform anyone who was thinking about using this company to make sure you get a second opinion on any job they built a home for us was completed Feb 2019 during that time we have had a numerous a mount of things that had to be replaced or fixed Josh the owner gave us a 5-year warranty in the beginning they were not responding to my calls, so I came on this site and put in a review once since this is where we looked before building again once I did that I got a response and things were fixed and replaced but last year there was a problem a big problem with my pump in the basement they replaced of course but was told they would take a look at the tiles that were put in to see why there was so much water well my husband knew what it was because like I said this was not our first time building in this area, so we know a little about the high water tables well while building Josh the owner was stating we did not need a sub pump my husband insisted we did which was a good thing well the pump went out in less than a year needless to say because of the amount of water and my electric bill was unbelievable. Well when they completed the other tasks which there should not have been issues with furnace, central air and the hood over the range and garage door in less than a year he did finally replace and fix was not in a timely manner for items, but they corrected he stated the tiles would be next once the weather broke which was last year and it never happened now this year was supposed to be relooked at and of course the COVID-19 did not help tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but once again no response so reached out to another company, and they are replacing now to more efficient that cost $3500.00. We tried again to contact Josh no answer and contacted his colleague or helper he responded but stated he was not working on that project but needless to say kept all contact from them meaning emails and text, so we are looking into an attorney the only way to correct this is to add field dirt to the house which will be very expensive to do Josh should have known as a builder the house should have been built higher I would not recommend this builder what alarms me is that they build for our veterans and disabled
