Had pool pump issues. Called this service in the am. Amber the dispatcher was amazing, pleasant and helpful. We were able to have same day service despite the cold weather. Tim arrived, diagnosed our issue and was able to get us back up and running before everything froze and caused further damage. Also very peasant to work with and went above and beyond to check other components. I highly recommend them and want to thank Tim for giving us peace of mind for the future of our pool equipment.

We have been working with Pool Professors to update some issues with the pool in our recently-purchased Charlotte home, and they have been awesome. They are quick, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and we feel like we're in really great hands. We've now transitioned our regular cleaning & maintenance their way. Would highly recommend!
