Lake Plumbing and Gas, Inc.

This company was Umatilla Plumbing, now Lake Plumbing & Has. The owner of the company kept my $150 deposit for work and didn?t do it! His sons are nice and will most probably greatly improve customer service and financial fairness. I absolutely do not recommend this company ?AS IS? on Customer Service, Price, Follow Through and overall bad attitude and bullying of his sons and me, the customer, of the existing owner ?the father?.

Its so refreshing to see a small family owned business doing great business in Lake county. Jason and his sons have taken care of our plumbing issues over the years professionally, promptly and at a totally fair price. I recommend him whole heartedly.

From the time we called Lake Plumbing & Gas till the end, Jason and his associates did a fantastic job, we could not be more happy with their work. Very professional plumbers and their attention to details with the install of water heater and the double checking of any gas leaks, wow! They also installed 2 toilets and a Kitchen faucet. On time. Fee was as expected. Talked to 2 other plumbing co. And each raised the rate and added parts that apparently were not needed.

Worst experience with a plumber, EVER. Not only did Jason charge me more than he quoted when he installed the whole house purification system, but he knew that the supplied fittings from the company were poor and installed them anyway. I called him out once for a leak from these fittings. He charged me $90 just to come out on a project he installed. When I had a second leak from a same type of fitting, he tried to charge me $90 again, when he knew from the previous 2 times that these fittings were poor. He has a real shtick to keep people paying. When I questioned him about charging another $90, he literally ripped the bill out of my hand and said "if you are going to cry about it, hire another plumber and see what he charges you". Very rude and inappropriate. Good riddance - never again. My advice is to look elsewhere for an honest plumber who isn't hostile.
