Lake Shore Heating recently performed the annual service on my gas forced air furnace. They have always been responsive, timely and professional. I often recommend them to friends and family.

Phil hooked up a thermostat to our electric garage heater, and it works perfectly. The control on the heater would heat the garage up to almost 60 degrees before it would shut off. Now I have the thermostat set at 47 degrees, and it holds it at 47 degrees.

Responded quickly and repaired the furnace. Very satisfied. These are my go to guys when any of our properties experience a heating or cooling problem.

Most importantly to me is that they care about their customers and do all that they can to give me confidence that my heating system is operating correctly, but they also stand behind their work and are quick to address any issues.

Lake Shore Heating & Air Conditioning responded quickly to my request for repair service on our furnace. Gaige arrived at his stated time and diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and came back when the parts arrived to complete the job. The issue only applied to gas operation of the furnace, and we were able to run the furnace using the heat pump so waiting on parts was not a problem. Gaige did an excellent job and was very personable. He installed a mini - split A/C unit last year. He did an exceptional job with that, and we have enjoyed the comfort which it has provided in our family room above the garage. That room just wasn't getting enough heating or cooling from our existing system.
