Erik and his team were on time every day, did beautiful work and were very respectful towards us and our home. They finished the job even earlier than we expected and cleaned up before they left. We are completely satisfied with their work and will recommend them to friends and family.

Erik and his expert team did a superb job on our exterior wood peaks and trim on our 1958 brick home. They were kind, and had excellent work ethics. Work all done in a timely fashion and clean up was spotless. We highly recommend them!

They painted the exterior wood and garage doors on my home. That’s not an option on this survey for some reason. Erik and his crew were great. They were knowledgeable, responsive, very punctual. The exterior painting process was explained to me and everything happened as planned. They were respectful of my property and my neighbors. They replaced multiple rotted wood areas and did a great job.

Rick and his crew went above and beyond on our project. They used super high quality Sherwin/Williams Duration and even panted my garage doors I also had some bay window carpentry work that Rick knocked out nicely I highly recommend Lake States Painting and wouldn't consider any others

They did a fine job-the project was for exterior painting- 3 color job. What stood out for me was they included and discussed the prep work- caulking, sanding/scrapping , wood replacement, priming, pressure washing - other contractors just would discuss brush , roll or spray

They did a great job! The repairs and painting look incredible and we walked into a perfectly clean house - as if they were never there. The work was done quickly and with an eye for detail that we appreciated. Erik was easy to communicate with, responsive, and delivered on everything we discussed. Could not recommend enough.

We can't say enough GREAT things about this talented team! Last year, we chose them to do our interior painting (whole house) in our newer home. The builder's initial paint job was shoddy - presenting some challenges to the Lakes State painters. They were up to the challenge and were a dream to work.with - timely, dependable, and their work showed attention to detail. They worked very clean and were respectful of our home. This year requested theoir services again for our exterior trim - our home's trim had faded and the quality was uneven. Lakes States Painting came through, yet again. Our our home is renewed and refreshed and done in record time. They provided the same high quality service, and displayed the same courtesy and dependability. Erik and Gasper and they folks they have on their team are very good people and very good craftsmen. Further more they are trustworthy - they are men of their word. We have hired Lake States Painting twice now.. We started with inside painting of living, kitchen, hallways and foyer. We had our outside trim, garage doors, shutters and outside lighting painted. Erik and his team were knowledgeable, personable, professional and efficient and reasonably priced! The results were great both inside and out. We had a bedroom painted and a ?showcase? wall done up our stairway! They did a fantastic job and were super professional!

They painted my accent wall and cubby this beautiful black magic color and I also had them paint my whole Inside main areas of the house and garage and white parts and shingles. I had no issues with Eric and team and were happy with the results.

He was good at communicating to schedule a time, showed up on time, and provided a quote shortly afterwards. The painting jobs went smoothly. Erik was easy to work with and scheduled the work. He and his team showed up on time each day. They were respectful of our home and took care not to damage anything. We’re very happy with the work and will contact them for future painting needs.

When it comes to home improvement projects, particularly painting, the choice of contractor can significantly impact the outcome. Based on a referral, we decided to hire this particular painting company to handle the exterior of our house. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon hiring the company, we were optimistic about the results based on their initial pitch and portfolio. However, as the job progressed, we began to notice several issues that raised concerns regarding their attention to detail and craftsmanship. The initial job was completed with what appeared to be a lack of thoroughness; areas were missed, and some sections showed uneven coverage. After expressing our dissatisfaction with the initial results, the company agreed to return for a follow-up visit. They addressed some of our concerns but left behind green tape marking areas they claimed met â industry standards.â This was puzzling because many of these areas still exhibited flaws that were not acceptable in any professional painting job. The quality of work performed by this company did not meet our expectations or those typically associated with reputable painting contractors. We found ourselves having to point out multiple spots that required additional attentionâ something that should have been caught during their initial assessment. The craftsmanship displayed was subpar; there were visible brush strokes, drips, and inconsistencies in color application. Our attempts to communicate our concerns with customer service were met with indifference. Instead of receiving solutions or reassurance that they would rectify the issues, we were advised to seek another painting company for repairs. This response left us feeling undervalued as customers and deeply disappointed in their commitment to service excellence. In conclusion, while we had high hopes based on a referral, our experience with this painting company has been overwhelmingly negative. The combination of poor workmanship and inadequate customer service has led us to feel compelled to warn others considering their services: Buyer beware! If you value quality and professionalism in your home improvement projects, it may be wise to explore other options before making a decision.

Lake States Painting is quality company with exceptional attention to detail. They repainted most of the interior of my home and it is a night and day difference. The team gave me an extremely competitive estimate, arrived on time and completed when they said they would and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. Their work was efficient and the cleanup was spotless. I will also be having them do the exterior of the home this Summer. Quality company. Kind, courteous, and timely. Throughout the process I felt as if I were a part of all decisions being made instead of being told what I would be receiving. They arrived when they said they would be there and departed daily with the entire exterior of my home free of painting debris. From start to finish I feel I was treated fairly and provided with excellent service. I would highly recommend Lake States Painting. We initially engaged them to paint our interior basement ceiling and walls. All was done quick, clean, and professionally. For any touch-up work, which was minor, the team followed through with returning to our property to ensure all touch-ups were completed to our satisfaction. Because of the great job on our basement, we hired them to paint the exterior of our home. The quality of work absolutely met and exceeded expectations. We continue to receive compliments from neighbors and passers by on how great of a transformation the exterior paint has made to our home. We would 100% recommend this team to others and will hire them again for more interior paint projects. Trustworthy, professional, honest, and pleasant to work with.
