Lou was great at all parts of the job. First he came to inspect the house to feel out the job, then we reconvened once all the supplies were allocated, and did the job. The job itself was no easy task and it’s always tricky dealing with older homes, but Lou did exactly the job we wanted with clarity and efficiency. Well done.
