Cleaned up the landscaping well. Took it up a notch when selling.

We hired Steve to redo the front yard lawn which he did in a timely manner to clean up parts of the garden area. We also added lawn care to a schedule. He did not show up we called said he would be here the following week, that was a month ago, we have called left several messages to let us know if he was going to continue service or if we should find someone else, he still has not returned our calls. So now our lawn is overgrown with weeds we have to try and find someone else. This is very disappointing, If this is how he is going to treat his customers than he should get out of the business.

Reliable, on time, does what is asked instead of one fits all like some yard maintenance people.

My experience was he didn't want anything written about the work that I wanted done. Than in the end didn't complete the work. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else unless you can watch him as he works.

I recently answered a survey on how my Home Advisor contact did. I want to change it. I commented on his lack of communication. Now it turns out he wants another $300 than what he quoted me. He said he would send me a bid and never did, even when I mentioned it again. I thought the whole bid was $500 as that's all he said at the time I met him. Since I never got a bid I thought that was the price as he never said any other amount. SO now the work is done. I paid him in good faith the $500 and today he socks me with another bill for $300.Very disappointed and will not use him again nor Home Advisor. Kathleen C.

Steve did everything he said he would do, and did it efficiently and exactly how I wanted it done.

Steve and his crew did an amazing job cleaning up our jungle. They completed the job promptly and removed all the waste. I can highly recommend them and if we decide to let the jungle grow back, we will be calling Lake Washington Lawn Care to take care of it!!

Very slow. Comes for a few hours then leaves. Then comes again in the few days, etc.

I got bids from all three recommendations and Lake Washington Lawn Care beat them out by quite a bit. Cynthia was great about getting back to me, my only suggestion is that they call before they come. I wanted this done soon, so I could reseed my lawn and the tech never called me back, just showed up last Saturday and I was happy as a lark as I was home and it was sunny. I asked that next time they give me a ring before they came, but they had squeezed me in being such a small project, that my request sooner than later, meant just showing up when it worked, I believe. It worked for me. Will use them in the future. Omar was very professional and accommodating when he showed up with his co-worker. They do not pick up plugs, which is healthier for the lawn.

Did everything as promised at the agreed upon price. Best clean-up we have had for this project.

They trimmed all my shrubs and clean up all the fallen leaves. I am very pleased. They did a good job.
