Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Had an exterior door installed at my 75 year old home. One main reason I selected them was they promised to be diligent on lead paint cleanup. During the work little if any precautions were implemented and the installer didn?t seem knowledgeable about the procedure (?sweep it up?) and only seemed concerned about his exposure. They also installed a deadbolt key lock on the interior so if the door is bolted, there is an emergency, and we don?t have the key handy, my family will die. No one should have to request this solution; I?m flabbergasted such a design is even possible. Amongst several other notable issues, I had to wait several weeks before they came out to consider mitigating these problems by which time the lead dust likely spread elsewhere around my home. Disappointing experience and not worth the premium price.

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
We needed a custom (person) door installed into our garage, replacing an existing window. Lake Washington Winows & Doors did an in-person estimate, sent a second person to take measurements, and sent an install crew. The install crew (Crisanto, Johan, and Moises) were magicians with how the cut out the old window, framed the door, and installed the new custom door. They finished quicker than estimated and clean up before they left. They spent extra time detailing the outside framing and weather proofing of the install. We are very happy with how professional, accurate, and timely they performed the job. We'd definitely hire them again.

We had 17 windows and a sliding glass door replaced we were told to install would take five days Cris and his crew finished the job in three days. Cris talked with me every morning and explain what they would be installing each day. They arrived on time, set up and got to work. Cris and his crew cleaned up along the way, they were all very polite and knew what they were doing. We had a beautiful front door installed by Lake Washington Windows And Doors in 2022. We are so happy we decided to have them install our new windows. These windows are amazing but Cris and his crew are also amazing. Way to go, Lake Washington Windows and Doors!

From the start, Ireland, my sales rep, was incredibly helpful and patient as I asked what felt like 101 questions. She never rushed me and always made sure I felt confident and informed about my options. Her professionalism and friendly approach made a great first impression that carried through the entire project.

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Everything from end-to-end was professional, patient and detailed. We had lots of time with sales and design to see our options. They guided us through decisions we didn’t even know we’d have to make. The whole house was immediately warmer and the installation was so smooth. (At least from our side. I hope the installers felt the same.) The installation team told us each day what they would be working on tomorrow and worked around a couple of tight and high areas with no issues. They took extra steps to protect the surrounding areas and provided great information about how it was going. They took time to save some special millwork around the front door on the inside that we weren’t sure could be saved. It looks great. Finally, the Milgard windows we chose are so crystal clear, it feels like I’ve moved to a different yard. So grateful for everything Lake Washington Windows and Doors provided for us. Thanks to John, Mike, Chris, Josh, Joel, (and that other guy that showed up.

I canâ t say enough about Lake Washington and their stellar commitment to customer satisfaction. Iâ ve been dealing with a lot of questionable contractors lately due to all of the work Iâ ve done on my house this year. Lake Washington was by far the best experience. Spencer was my first contact. He was on time, friendly and did not try to pressure, oversell or overcharge me. The quote he provided me was on par price wise and was very detailed. He was also very knowledgeable about payment options and timelines. The admin staff, Ireland, Candice, McKenzie were all awesome at their jobs. They kept me updated on all of the logistics of the project, and promptly and professionally solved any issues that came up which were very few. The installers were the stars of the whole operation. Christopher and his partner (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, very professional and took great care of my home. They made sure my space was protected from the elements and left the site clean and tidy afterward. I had a last minute request regarding the trim, Chris listened and did his best to accommodate the request. His â we will do everything we can to make sure youâ re happy with the resultsâ attitude was the icing on the cake for me. Overall, I rate the entire experience, 5 out of 5.
