Came out and did a quick fix that got our garage door up and running in under 10 minutes. Danny was super friendly and helpful. I’d be very happy to use this small business again any time. 😊

Called Danny, who?s worked on our garage doors for a couple of years, when one of my doors wasn?t closing properly. He helped debug on the phone, answered all my questions patiently, and offered to swing by to handle if I liked. He also suggested that it was likely a sensor malfunction, which was a $12 DIY replacement if I was handy, and walked me through exactly what to check and do. Turns out it was a combination of a loose wire and busted sensor, and he was right that replacement was relatively straightforward. He didn?t charge me a dime for his time, and was excited that he could help me resolve this for cheap. I value integrity in the service professionals I work with, and Danny is all that (and more). Thanks, Lake Washington Garage Door Service!

Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
I recently had work done at my house, and of course the garage door chose that exact moment to fail. The rest of the work couldn't continue until it was fixed, so there I was on a Friday afternoon, mildly panicking, calling around for help.
That's when I called Lake Washington Garage Door Service. The owner picked up, loaded his truck, and was at my place in under an hour on a Friday, no less, which is basically the Bermuda Triangle of service scheduling.
He replaced the opener and bearings and upgraded me to a new system with a built-in camera. Quick, professional, and friendly enough to turn a stressful afternoon around.
If you want someone who shows up, knows what they're doing, and doesn't treat your emergency like an inconvenience, Danny is your guy.

Garage Door Repair
Our garage door opener started misbehaving last weekend. I sent Lake Washington Garage Door Service a message on Sunday night, and on Monday morning we talked and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Danny showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly described the alternative solutions with pros, cons, and cost of each. I chose an option (replacing springs, bearings and rollers). Danny had all the parts on his truck, and he completed the repair in about one hour. I was impressed by his knowledge, efficiency, the quality of his work, and his friendly, positive personality. I highly recommend Danny and his company.

Garage Door Repair
My garage door decided not to open on a Thursday night. Friday morning, I checked with BBB to see if anyone is out here far East Side of Seattle. This company came up not only with wonderful recommendations but yes, they cover a large area.
I called and was scheduled after a late pm dentist appt. Danny was waiting for me when I got home. I received a quote for the repair and when he found a broken hinge after that I fixed it at no charge.
Highly recommend this company. Great people to work with.

I had an excellent experience with Danny’s team managing the entire project, from structural analysis and permitting to framework construction and door installation. They have high standard of detail and quality and they focus on precision rather than simply rushing to complete the job.

Who answers the phone? The owner. Who does the job? The owner? Who is not on commission to upsell you? The owner. Who loves fixing garage doors, period? The owner. Who didn't want to work for another garage repair company pushing commission based sales? The owner. If you have not had the chance to meet and hire Danny and be treated like the only customer in the world, you are missing out. PS other businesses came and a comparable job quote wasn't even close, for parts that would last half as long.

Our garage door could not open. We researched a few garage door companies and scheduled Washington Garage Door Service. They came on time and replaced the springs, and the door was working again. They were done in 15 minutes.

Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
Danny did a fantastic job! He replaced our 37 year old and malfunctioning Stanley chain drive garage door openerâ s (3) with new belt drive LiftMaster openers. He also replaced all of the old plastic rollers with new nylon rollers with bearings. The result was three large heavy garage doors that were very noisy now operate smoothly and quietly. Because of the difference between the old chain drive and the new belt drive openerâ s size and shape there were some issues with fitting the new mechanism into the same space. Dannyâ s 19 years of experience, knowledge and the right equipment and tools allowed him to deal with a complex and difficult problem efficiently and quickly. He was timely, courteous and provided an excellent service at a fair price.we highly recommend Lake Washington Garage Door Service.
