I’m so happy that Lakefront Legacy Flooring was recommended to me by my plumber. Jarius and his team have been outstanding from start to finish of the project to level and retile my bathroom floor. I’ve been very impressed by his knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Jarius is very personable and has a great eye for interior design, which has been really helpful in reducing the stress that can come along with a renovation. I highly recommend his company and am already working with him on another project!

Amazing!! We hired Jarius and his team refinish our floors and bring them back to life! He worked within our budget and was in the house in no time, which was great because we were on a time crunch! I cannot say enough good things about lakefront legacy floors! Our floors look brand new!

Jarius and his installer Carlos did an absolute phenomenal job in our house. We had old original carpeting that was ripped out and replaced with new luxury vinyl flooring. I was worried it would have that hollow ?pop? sound as you walk on it but Jarius knows his stuff! He assured us we would be in love and we are. They were timely, considerate, and the install of 460sq ft of flooring took a few hours start to finish! Might have been a few too many cups of coffee we gave Carlos- but I think it?s just professionalism and skill! 16 out of 10 to Jarius and his guys. Pretty tough to find quality of product- quality of install- and reasonable price but Jarius checks all the boxes. I won?t hire anyone else to do flooring and I?ll refer him to everyone I know. The job was done very quickly from initial visit until completion. The owner was able to visit my place within 2 days of first contact and schedule the work within 7-10 days. Very amicable and personable, with no hard sell. I would hire them again without question. The actual carpet install was completed in less than three hours and it looks great.

Jarius and his team were absolutely incredible to work with. The communication was super easy and efficient. The quality of our floor work is immaculate - his team worked safely and quickly. They cleaned up after they left and followed up to make sure everything was how we wanted it.
