Superior Cleaner Services. Joselin is so thorough and really takes pride in what she does. She is going to not only change the way your house looks, but she is going to change the energy in the house. If you're on the fence about hiring her, get off the fence, call her, book a session with her, and let her come in to show you what she can do. If you're looking for a quality person, a dependable person, then Borrow the Lake Land Cleaning Service is the service for you.

Joselin does a great job, always on time, efficient and quick, friendly and reliable. We definitely recommend!

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but Joselin earned this one. She cleans like she actually cares about our home and those of us that live in it. She treats our home like she would treat her family’s. Joselin is hands down the best housekeeper we’ve ever had. I’ve hired cleaning services before, but the level of detail, care, and consistency she brings is on a completely different level. Other cleaning services have given me a list of tools and supplies that they required. Joselin had pro level cleaning tools with her and never needed any cleaning supplies. Oh, silly minor detail, she uses the cutest trash bags for the bathrooms. 😊 The first time she cleaned our home, she brought another person to help tackle everything. It’s a large house with kids, and despite our best efforts, there were always streaks on mirrors, fingerprints on surfaces, missed spots on countertops, and the little things that seem impossible to stay on top of when you’re working full time. After that initial deep clean, she somehow managed to maintain the same incredible results on her own in the same amount of time. The difference is noticeable the moment you walk through the door. The ceiling fans look brand new. The floors sparkle. The carpets look and smell fresh, like they were just installed. She even managed to make the paint on the walls seem brighter and cleaner. I genuinely don’t think I’ve seen the kitchen and bathroom faucets shine like this since we bought the house. The bathrooms are spotless, the showers are pristine, and she even takes the extra step of organizing shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of just cleaning around them. Every room is neat, organized, immaculate, and fresh. After she leaves, my kids and I usually walk through the house looking around and joking that it feels more like a museum than a home. Everything is perfectly arranged, spotless, and inviting. Beyond her skill, Joselin is also incredibly personable, professional, and easy to talk to. She takes pride in her work, pays attention to details most people would miss, and truly cares about delivering exceptional results. She treats her clients and their homes with respect and professionalism, and it shows in everything she does. Most impressive of all, she’s fast. I honestly don’t know how she accomplishes so much in such a short amount of time, especially at the level of quality she consistently delivers. I mean, like Roadrunner from the old cartoon, fast! If you’re considering hiring Joselin, stop looking and book her. She’s the best at what she does, the best at how she treats people, and the kind of person you feel lucky to have helping care for your home. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Jocelyn and the team are incredibly timely and thorough. They are so friendly and are exceptional at leaving everything spotless. One of my favorite things is that they clean things I often overlook! Not to mention their prices are extremely fair, if not in the cheaper side for the DFW area! They are always flexible to fit us in and are very professional. I would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

Incredibly professional on time and precise. Friendly and accommodating. Stellar quality. Home was left IMMACULATE

She was very kind when I first met her and made sure to be very thorough with her work and did a very nice job of putting anything back she moved, as well as being mindful of my space. I paid her as she walked out the door and was very pleased with the service.

Joselin is the most amazing and fast cleaner and organizer. She got my house ready for 17 of my family members that were coming for Christmas in one day. The house was a wreck with boxes and papers and stuff everywhere. she was fast and detailed and would not leave until she was finished. Then called the next day to see how everything went. I have hired her now to help me with organizing and cleaning out unneeded "stuff"!! I am excited to become minimalistic with Joselin's help. You would be lucky to hire her!! She is so great word of mouth has her booked almost all the time.

It went great! Jocelyn is very professional and always arrives on time. She takes great care with her cleaning and pays attention to detail. I especially appreciate how considerate she is when I’m working from home — she’s quiet, respectful, and never interrupts my workflow. The house always looks and feels fresh after she’s finished. The only thing that would make it a 5-star experience would be a little more flexibility with scheduling when things come up. Other than that, Jocelyn does an excellent job and I’m very happy with her service!

Joselin arrived on time and was very professional. She did a great job and we hired her for bi-weekly cleaning!!

I hired this team for a deep clean of my parents’ house, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! They paid incredible attention to detail—there wasn’t a single speck of dust left anywhere. Every corner and surface looked spotless and fresh. I’m so impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. I can’t wait to use their services again and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you for making the house look amazing!
