Lakenridge Builders Inc.

My experience with Lakenridge Homes is that Jamie and his team are very honest and fair. They produce the highest quality work with reasonable and fair prices; their dedication to being honest and producing a high quality home is second to none! You will love your Lakenridge home!

We cannot say enough good things about Lakenridge Builders. We originally planned to build a home with Jamie, and throughout the process, he took his time with us at several of his build sites, walking us through floor plans, discussing the “extras” he includes to truly “wow” his customers, and explaining the overall building process. Ultimately, the timing and location just didn’t work out for us at that time. Instead, we decided to have Jamie and his team remodel our basement. We could not be more pleased with both the process and the final result. From the very beginning, Jamie and his team clearly laid out expectations, listened to our needs and wants, provided transparent pricing, and established a straightforward payment schedule. There were no surprises, and we always felt like our project was in good hands. What really stood out to us was the attention to detail and pride Jamie and his team put into their work. They were professional, responsive, and committed to making sure the finished product was something we would be proud of. His team cleaned up after themselves and held themselves to a standard of excellence not seen in this day and time. Our basement turned out better than we could have imagined, and we would absolutely work with Lakenridge Builders again. If you are considering building or remodeling, we highly recommend giving Jamie and his team an opportunity. You will not be disappointed!

Lake Ridge builders does substantial work had a deck built by them and was so very pleased with it. They worked with me step-by-step and was always on top of things! They are very good with communication and letting you know how things will turn Out. Great group of guys! Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends for any of there building needs!

Lakenridge is awesome company. Easy to work with. Do great work. I am highly pleased with the new deck they built for me and pricing was great.

Jamie has renovated two of our previous homes and as we slowly work our way through our third Greensboro home, he is the only guy we’ll work with. On our Starmount home he added a massive master bathroom dormer, a mudroom, a covered porch and renovated existing bathrooms. In Sunset Hills he renovated just about every room/surface inside and out. Jamie is super talented, professional and easy to work with. As are the men and women he employs and contracts with. Highly recommend Lakenridge Builders.

Did a great job they communicated well let me know where we stood especially when a issues arose and I felt like I got a really fair price.
