Replaced the original AC Unit(at least 25yr old), added a new humidifier to furnace and a new smart thermostat. The original guy who did repair work, Phil, was knowledgeable but at the end of the day wanted to sell anything he can. He had convinced me I was able to get rebates through ComEd for upgrading AC unit and adding the smart thermostat. At this time, I have been unable to get any rebates because he failed to mention I need to also have a furnace that qualifies and there was no receipts on the thermostat to claim that rebate. The day of the install, the guys that were here, did great work. They installed everything and added a damper to furnace(which does not work that great). When the guy installed the thermostat, he installed the wrong one and i had to show him the work order for the correct one. He left and it took a week for him to return to install the correct one. He also left with all the boxes.

One hour heating of lake villa went above and beyond. Furnace was making load noise when it kicked on. Completely obvious he knew what he was doing. They repaired it, checked for other signs of issues, and cleaned up the furnace. The cleaning was a job on its own since it has not been serviced or cleaned in about 8 years. Customer service was outstanding and understanding. It s a new home to us and in the past I always used to call the company with the sticker on furnace from previous owners. I will be using one hour heating from now on for all my Hvac needs. Thank you

Very quick! Local business, price was great. Pros were amazing. Came out same day, attempted to fix my unit. Gave me next day install on my unit, with great price (didn't charge me for day 1). Unit was installed within 36 hours of first contact, the week of 4th of July (yes it was 85+ degrees all week). Thank you!!!

Phil serviced our AC today and he was wonderful. He communicated exactly what what wrong with the unit as well as ways to fix the issue in an affordable manner. He took care of the unit quickly and also installed our new thermostat, without adding the cost to his estimate.
