They were reasonably priced and did a great job waterproofing basement and trenching drain tile to the alley. Big rain last night and basement dry even walls look better/drier. Gutters attached to drain tile, so happy you did that. No standing water in front of doors to the garage. Thanks!!

Jon came out and inspected the basement and the cause of water coming in. He said it was a simple grading problem in the front of the house that I could do myself. I will recommend Lakes Waterproofing to everyone. They will be honest and not try to sell you something you don t need. Mike Egge
