    Right off the bat I want to commend the ladles who staff the customer service phones at Lakeside Heating. One in particular helped me with troubleshooting. My wife had a very bad cold and we had been three days without heat (very cold nights!), Lakeside said they would get a service person here as soon as possible and they did so even after I postponed a scheduled service due to my wife's chemotherapy. Tony showed up right on schedule, immediately found the problem, resolved it, and gave us a senior discount I had forgotten to request. Yes, indeed... I recommend Lakeside Heating and thank them for their friendly and professional service.

    My furnace shut down unexpectedly. Richard was prompt, courteous, got the job done, and was priced very fairly. I highly recommend them next time you have an HVAC issue.

    Honest, reliable and efficient. Great sales person. Was not national company. Is family-owned since 1971, and the difference was obvious. Extremely pleased!

    They were on very curtious, called when they were 30 minutes out. They pointed out some dangerous safety issues with our central heating system that we were very thankful for.

    I was a little skeptical when a frail older man barely 5' 4" and 120 pounds came to my door, I thought "great a retired senior citizen working part tim ". I showed him the furnace to be replaced and he said OK let's go upstairs and I'll give you some options. I asked him point blank how long he'd been working for the company and he said......61 years. WHAT??? Seems he started the company knew everytning there is to know about furnaces, AC too I'm sure. Got me the right product at the right price, installed in 2 days, scheduled the inspector for me and I definitely made the right choice. Need a furnace relaced or an AC? Give Bill a call. A++++

    Very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and provided references! Only took a little over 3 hrs to R & R my old Lennox G20 monster in my basement with a Lennox SL280. Top notch crew of 2. This unit is much quieter than my old one. Very happy so far so let's have another blizzard, I'm ready! Would highly recommend this company and their great people!

    I recently had Lakeside heating & Air replace the 35yr old furnace in my home, with a 95% efficiency rated Lennox furnace. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Installers (Tony & Derrick) called before arrival and got right to work upon arrival. Before long the installation was complete and I was given the run down on the installation, features, operation & maintenance of the new furnace & control unit. The installers used drop cloths and left the house and yard clean. They even helped with the forms for my Excel energy rebate. The experience in dealing with Lakeside was exceptional from the first phone call all the way thru completion of the job well done!
