John showed up the day after I contacted him and kept me abreast of his arrival time being that he had another job before me. My furnace is ancient but instead of lecturing me about the need to replace it he simply replaced the malfunctioning part. John was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained the furnace was not cycling properly and told me that I needed a limiter. He went out and obtained the part and he did not jack up the price. His fees were very fair and I have every intention of calling him when I'm able to afford a new furnace and central air conditioning. Thanks to the Home Advisor website for providing this caliber and quality of individual to come and work in my home. I could not be more pleased!

John was straightforward, honest and professional. Fixed the problem quickly. Rates are reasonable for this type of service. No overcharging and no selling.something I didn't need. I will use him again.

I couldn't believe my fortune in finding John! Our A/C went out in the morning, HomeAdvisor connected me with him within 30 seconds of putting in a request and I was so surprised to find that John could arrive within 2 hours. WOW. He was a wonderful "find" in that he was a pleasant person to talk to and also found the problem within 15 minutes of arriving. Also, he was beyond reasonable in his pricing to replace a part to get us back and running. Its so pleasant to run into someone that doesn't try and sell you items you don't need, especially in the height of a cooling crunch when most companies would try and sell you more than you need. He's on the first page of our address book under "AC/Heating service" and someone I will call again if needed. Highly recommended!!!

Very nice man and honest also, didn't try to tell me I needed parts when I didn't need them. Will call him again if I ever need air conditioner or furnace repaired. Reasonable price for same day service.
