The work was what I expected. Steve the owner appears to be just learning to be a general contractor and needs a little guidance from the hands on people during his bidding process. There were a couple of problems that Lakeview did take care of promptly but they could have been avoided. The carpenters he uses are great guys with great work ethic. The concrete guys he used on this job were questionable. The project was a simple project done in a appropriate amount of time considering no real road to where they were working, the workers never complained. About my rating. I'm stingy. 5 stars would be God. Almost no one could attain that.
