Very responsive to initial call (callback within hours). Made a point to get me on his books within 7 days (it was not an emergency). Russ worked diligently in the problem from start to finish. Price was very fair. I would def recommend this company!!

Russ arrived when he said he would: replaced a kitchen faucet and had to a also install shut-off valves. I had figured it would be a long job. He was done in 2 hours and all is working just great! He had a reasonable rate and was professional/businesslike.

Russ was very polite and knowledgeable about his job, explaining everything while working very steady. He made sure the job was done correctly and working properly before he left. You’d be hard pressed to find a better person than Russ. If I need a plumber again I will certainly look no further.
