Our experience with Lally Construction was very disappointing and frustrating. We were excited to have him build a two story garage for us as well as a small addition with a bathroom. What was supposed to take between three and four months ended up taking eight with no real communication as to why. In addition to the work taking way too long, there was little to no oversight of subs and very little quality control. By the end, we had lost all confidence that they had any concept of what quality carpentry was much less how to do it, and on top of that, his carpenter was so rude and inept, that we asked that he not come back on our property. Trash and debris was left in and around our yard for weeks at a time, and communication was very poor. I honestly hate writing such a poor review because the owner, Paul, is a very nice guy and seems to have good intentions over all, but I cannot recommend his company.

Very responsive. Offered great options for my project. On time and cleaned up after each day. Plan to use again on my next project.

I found the entire team to be friendly, professional and above all, service oriented. We observed a degree of integrity not often seen. As with any construction project, there were a few bumps along the way - misunderstandings or errors on their part or ours - in every case, Paul and his team worked with us to make sure the end product was what we envisioned and we are thrilled with the results. During the project the site was kept extremely clean and safe. All work was done with a high degree of quality and I trust completely that if any problems surface in the future, that Lally construction will address them in a fair and timely manner
