Vinyl or PVC Fence Installation
Extremely friendly, professional, and considerate. The fence looks amazing and Lam immediately fixed the area that was a concern, reinforcing my fence to make sure my dog could not get out of the yard and the neighbors little dogs could not get in. I will definitely hire him again for future projects.

Drywall Installation
Lam and his crew were very polite and affable, showed up on time and completed the job within the time frame he said they would be done. They were to drywall and texture several rooms for a remodel we were doing. The drywall was cut and hung very precisely and it appeared that it was a job done well. The texture went on and then we began painting. That is when we noticed every single seam in the ceiling and most of the ones down the hallway. We have a call into Lam who we were told is out of town until July sometime. We hope we will be able to get things worked out with him and change our review.
Response from Lam Handyman, LLC
"Hi Mike, This is Lam. I will contact you when i back there. I will be in the USA in July 25th. Please, wait for I come back so we can solve the problem."

Lam and his team were very professional and kept to the schedule. In fact, they finished earlier than expected, which was wonderful. Lam was respectful of our time, polite, and kind. I would recommended him highly to anyone.

The work performabce was fair. Too many imperfections on the back splash. The hood installment was fair too. The cutting of the cabinet was not rounded and tgey didn't seal it up.

Got the wrong sized gate for my fence. He was out here and measured for the gate
Response from Lam Handyman, LLC
"Hi Richard, Sorry for the mistake. Your gate's size is special order, so the manufacturer makes the wrong size of gate."

Lam was very polite, neat,. He called before arriving. He found a problem on a project that was requested that would then necessitate him returning. His projects were simple, but proved slightly challenging through no fault of his, but of home structure. I don't normally give recommendations, but due to the newness of his company, I did. d f
