They were professional, timely and $2000 less expensive than the competitive price. They also came out within 24 hours of the request for repairs and did the repairs the same day. A FABULOUS CONTRACTOR and VERY REASONALBE PRICE-and they guarantee their work.

W have used Lamb Roofing several times and would highly recommend this family owned business. They do not try to sell you a new roof but inspect the roof to see where the problem is and fix the problem. They were out within a few days, inspected the roof and fixed what needed to be fixed. We were encouraged to call them on an as needed or yearly basis for further inspection and/or repairs. Thanks Lamb Roofing.

Too bad the lowest rating is 0.5 star because these people don't deserve that. From what I've seen and experienced, THEY DON'T SEEM KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I had a roof leak and unfortunately hired these people to repair it. They came out with their handy dandy caulk gun saying that's all it takes. I paid them thinking my roof was fixed. Well guess what? Yes, you guessed it. The very next rainy season, I found out my roof was still leaking. I know now from other roofers that you need to remove the tiles from the roof and follow the water stains to locate the roof leak. Well when these people came out, I kid you not, they did not remove one roof tile much less attempt to really locate the leak. It was more like a guessing game. Then their way of fixing what they thought was the roof leak was with that caulk gun. Just watching them work and knowing what I now know from other roofers, I wouldn't hire these people for anything. Well, if you want a good laugh, maybe you can hire them for that because they certainly didn't demonstrate any knowledge of roofing. I usually don't write reviews, but in this case I felt it very necessary to do so. If this helps just one person save their time, and most of all their money, then it was well worth taking the time to write this review.

"This valued customer had a very bad leak last year in October and we repaired it for a minimum service charge. We agreed she would pay for services when she felt the leak was stopped and she did. The following year she called our office saying she heard a dripping sound when it rained but saw no leaks. We returned four times at no charge and each time no leak was discovered by us or her. The area was dry. On the fourth visit we performed a moisture meter test and results proved no moisture intrusion. We do believe Kathy heard dripping noise when it rained, however it was probably due to water hitting the drain pipe. On a personal note to Kathy, we are very sorry that this situation occurred and thank you for your past patronage and wish you only the best."

They have a minimum fee for a visit. As a result, I think I overpaid.

They "sealed" the leaks with silicone sealer. Won't know if it worked until after the first real rain which will (maybe) arrive after November 1st. I was skeptical but paid what they asked ($650) even though I am elderly and could not go up on the roof to see what they were doing. Came here next morning after my call and finished the job in about 30 minutes. As Trump says "we will see". Must have faith my friends!

Very personable and honest. We had a leak, and he could have easily told us we needed a new roof. Instead he fix the leak and advised us that we had about five years of life on the roof.

Customer service was great over the telephone. This was a small job involving a slow leak from a flat paper/tar exterior roof. Unfortunately it leaked again about 2 months after they were out. They responded quickly after I reported it. Hopefully this time it won't leak. I would prefer a longer warranty than 3 months given but as long as this repair holds the rain out, I'm good. Based upon this, I recommend Lamb.

"Thank you for your comments. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. During our second visit we discovered a new crack in scupper that was not there during our initial repair in Feb. Repair was performed under warranty. Our return policy is a return visit if needed within six months of service if needed during the rain season and a return visit if needed within one year of service in spring and summer."
