Our 30 year old central A/C was just not keeping the place cool any more, and we knew it was time to replace it. Several friends had recommended companies, but most of those people took several days to call us back (if they called back at all), and then said it would take weeks to get us on the schedule. Doug called me back almost immediately. Before he even came out to give a formal bid, he spent quite a while on the phone with me talking about what my options were, and I never got the feeling that he was talking down to me because I was a woman. He even gave me some ballpark numbers, which was great, because I like to have at least a general idea of what I'm getting myself into moneywise before I have guys come out to the house. He was able to put us on the schedule, and we had our new A/C unit within a few days. His guys did a good job, were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The new A/C works great, and we're really happy we went with Lambert.

Got several quotes for central a/c install. Doug's quote was by far the best value in addition to being the only stress free, no pressure, estimate. Knowledgeable and personable, very easy decision to choose which company I'd go with. Punctual, efficient, thorough and took one day start to finish. Would definitely recommend to others.

$80 to come out and troubleshoot why it stopped working. $150 to clean the system. I probably should have scheduled annual tuneups, or gotten a quote from Home Depot, but I was in a hurry to get the A/C working again.

Doug was on time for both his appointments, and on the install. One of the few willing to give me multiple options, and not pushy about it. Willing to answer my questions, and gave me a reference upon request. Needs new contracts though. When there was a small hiccup post-install, Doug came out promptly to fix it. Would recommend.

The furnace is great. The Lambert company has done a great job. They installed the furnace timely. The Lambert company is very professional and helpful and it has been great. Every time I have any question they have been available to answer my question. I am truly happy with the furnace.
