Lanco Construction is literally the best contractor relationship I've had in the 8 years of home ownership! From the time I purchased my home, they were there with me every step of the purchasing process, helped me with determining if the house had good bones and helped me figure out what remodeling I could fit in my budget once I purchased the home. I traveled a lot for work, and they worked with me on decisions by sending pictures of options and talking through decisions personally! The addition and remodel work was perfect! From putting together the complicated IKEA Kitchen Cabinets to raising the roof 1 foot to ensure the addition would be 8ft ceilings, everything was completed professionally, courteous and care! It was such an amazing experience that last year I hired Lanco Construction again to complete the remodel of my bedroom. It was the same wonderful experience! I highly recommend Lanco Construction for any of your home renovation needs!

we are only about 25 percent done but so far every thing has been going excellent considering I am 2000 miles away.

It is hard to put into words how great this company is. From the owner Lane, to Dave the general contractor, to all the sub-contractors they used, they were all top notch professionals. They took a disaster of a master bedroom and turned it into a show piece. We will be using them for all future building and remodel projects!
