Wayne the owner is very professional and a joy to work with! I would recommend anyone that needs Mold Testing to use this company. He is very knowledgeable about the field and can help you understand the differences of what your house may have. This LLC is certified and sends the samples to the lab for testing. I just had my liver transplanted and need to confirm that it is safe for me to go to my house. He will write a report about what you have and then can be hired to remove it the correct way! I highly recommend this LLC for all your mold and bacteria needs! Out of 10 stars I would give 12!

"Janis appears to be a person who cannot be pleased. I offered a $50.00 discount from the start because she said she was tight on money. Then when I arrived and performed my service she only paid me about half the agreed-upon fee. She did not follow my advice as a CIEC. I know in my heart I did my job correctly Some people are hard to please, I guess."

Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and shared his expertise with us. He explained the process of testing for mold and the results. Our tests showed high levels of Aspergillum penicillium in our basement. Wayne helped us find a competent remediation company and retested our air samples several times until issue resolved. I highly recommend his services.
