Well, I was told it would not cost over $500, maybe even less and was charged $550. The men did a great job, I just do not understand why it cost more!

"Thanks for the review Melody. After looking through our correspondence, and my notes, you initially was looking at repair for "no power" on May 26 when we initially spoke. On the 28th you decided you were going to just dispose of it. However, the timeline is weird, because I have noted that I came out on the 27th and replaced a heater nut, and replaced your breaker, which I believe had fixed the problem? I only charged you $280. I don't recall if there was a collateral issue that deemed the spa a lost cause, but maybe that happened afterward? In any case, the timeline is a bit off, and the charge you recall is inconsistent with my records. Thank you for taking the time to submit a review!"
