Lance Parks Construction

Lance did several small jobs for me. Several of them were done correctly and at a fair price, but others were done incorrectly and had to be redone and/or he would raised the price. On one job he wanted to more than double the price. He claims to be a licensed contractor, but according to the state contractors license board, his license is currently under suspension. Prior to suspension he was not licensed to have any employees. He did have an employee with him for some of my work. Lastly while he places a great deal of vaule on his time, he was not nearly as considerate of mine. He only works a few days a week which caused the work to go on and on.

Lance and Bob are courteous, friendly and easy to work with. They do excellent work as well as give valuable input and are open to suggestion. They are also prompt and punctual and they work steadily. They stand behind their work and I would rehire them in a heartbeat.

First job...awesome. No issues. After that, awarded 2nd job, but no follow up despite voicemails, emails, and text. Had to rebid 2nd job. Would not recommend.

Lance was great. He and a colleague arrived on time, did an excellent job, and were very professional! I will definitely hire Lance again the next time I need help!

Lance was on time and very efficient. He has a very good eye for hanging pictures. He hung curtains and several pictures for me in record time. I would hire him again.
