Lance and his team did stellar work for us in Scotts Valley!! Upon meeting him we felt we could depend on his word to take care of all the details, which included power washing, fixing dry rot areas and matching outside paint. He painted the entire 3 bedroom 2 bath interior with a fantastic result! He even came back after the carpet was installed to touch up the baseboards as needed. He was extremely personable and easy to work with. Lance and his team were reliable and went the extra mile to make sure it was all done right. Also, Lance really was great in keeping us informed by text as needed for the job. We highly recommend Sanchez painting!!

Interior Painting or Staining: 3 - 4 Rooms
The finished project turned out pretty well, the overall interior wall surfaces all looked good at the end and I’m not recommending against hiring Lance by any means. However, I would recommend they slow down on their prep work to really provide a high quality job. There ended up being quite a bit of paint splatter on three windows that weren’t covered. There was some paint over run on light fixtures that weren’t covered. We had to ask them to remove light plate covers before painting. They did not sand down any door jams and there were bits of wood sticking up at the end and small divets in those areas. So, again I would say it’s fine to use this company just keep a close eye on the prep work as they go, the large area finished walls all looked though so I don’t mean this to be a negative review at all, just an honest take on the overall quality.
Response from Lance Sanchez Painting
"Thanks for the feedback."

Lance was great to work with… he & his crew did a really good job painting our garage interior & applying epoxy to the floor along with some touch up painting in our home. They got the job done in a timely manner despite some hiccups with epoxy product. What I appreciated most about Lance was his proactive communication. I was updated frequently about the status of the project. I would definitely use Lance for our future painting needs!
Response from Lance Sanchez Painting
"Thank you very much for your kind words and strong review. It was a pleasure meeting you and I'm glad we could cure those hiccups Call anytime."

Exterior Painting and Staining Service
Lance and crew painted my three-story deck and did a better job than I could have hoped for. It was a complicated job because of the height and size, but he got it all covered and it looks like new. They fixed boards that were rotting after five years without a fresh coat and got everything just right, including moving a lot of furniture. His communication was great and he inspected and came back and got the last minute touchups done. I would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Lance and his team. We got a quote the day I put the request in and they were working the very next day. The crew was prompt everyday and very professional, the job took as long as we agreed and the work done was excellent. We are very happy with this whole project and working with this crew, if I need any other painting done we know who to recommend and we recommended them to our neighbors so we can use them for our exterior paint through the HOA.

Lance responded immediately to our request for a person to powerwash decks and brick walls around our house. He arrived on time to provide us with a free estimate. He was knowledgable, helpful and his quote was fair and reasonable. He was on the job, on-time. He was efficient and he went over and above what was required. We were quite pleased with the overall result and would highly recommend him for powerwashing services. We will call on him, again, in the future. Thank you, Lance.

Lance came in with a good bid and did a great job repainting my 10-year old exterior paint. He also helped me find a subcontractor to repair substantial damage to my siding that was beyond what he would normally handle. Id recommend without hesitation.
