Lance Sanchez Painting

VERY REASONABLE, HONEST, AND COMMITTED

Lance communicated well letting us know what was going on every day. He did everything he said he would do when he said he would. There was a little confusion between him and his men at the end but he came right out and took care of the issue. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

Lance and his crew are very nice guys and their work was great. The job took a little longer than we expected but we are very happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend them...Our house even looks happy!

I was in a time crunch and Lance was able to deliver. My home looks amazing and the detail is awesome. I highly recommend Lance and his crew. Really nice guys and very smart/hard workers.

This was a small project to rehab the finishes of our cabinetry which was in bad shape. Lance and his crew worked fast and did it at a great price. We had a number of exorbitant bids for this project, but Lance understood our needs and gave us a quality job at the best price. It was a long haul for Lance to get to our place for such a small project and we appreciated the effort. The cabinets and window sills look so much better. Thanks Lance... Jay Morse

fast worker and a pro.

We had a very large picket fence that wrapped around the corner of a large lot. It was a lot of work. It needed power washing, sanding, undercoat and final paint job. We were very satisfied with the work and thought Mr.Sanchez was a very nice person and easy to talk with and would recommend him to any of the neighbors,

Quick reply to communication, great price, followed through with agreements, responsive to feedback, nice paint job, cleaned up site when done.

Mr. Sanchez not only offered a fair price for his work, but was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. He ended up doing custom sponge painting in a large master, that other painters would not even consider doing. The work was excellent. He will be back here to do more painting, very soon.

Very nice guy, always returned calls, which unfortunately is not the norm for contractors. Very happy with the end results.

Experienced, professional, responsive, flexible. Excellent quality of work. Easy to work with. Completed on time.

Lance did a great job painting the exterior of my home. He provided a fair price, was responsive and completed the job when he said he would.

Lance is a super nice guy. Very easy to work with. He wants the job done right, and won't complete until you are satisfied

Lance was more than professional. Whenever I called him with questions, he always called me right back. He kept me informed daily and even went back after the job was finished and painted a safety line so people would notice a step to prevent falling. Great company, great people.

I was under a time crunch (mortgage rate lock-in), and had called 4 other painters over the last 5 months, most said they would give me an estimate but never showed up. Lance came by the very next morning, gave a great estimate, had one of his crew show up the next Saturday when I said Saturday work was fine, even tho he was swamped with work he met my time line and work was great.

Great work, and done when said it would be done!

Timely and excellent work done on our deck.

Lance is a down-to-earth, good-natured, very experienced service provider. He quickly assessed our deck restoration job, provided a very reasonable quote (verbally) and had his crew do the job very efficiently. We had a major problem with the first color applied (far too bright) but he re-stained, charging only for the additional materials.

Lance and his team were Great! Very easy to work with and the job they did looks Fantastic. Two thumbs up for your support to our community also. I operate a local non-profit and he worked with us and our budget and we're so grateful for his support. Thanks Lance!

Great guys. Very focused. Did what they said they would. Excellent

I hired Lance to paint the interior and exterior of my vacation home in Aptos. His bid was more than fair, his work was stellar and his communication excellent. He is a seasoned pro with a good eye for color. I gave him color names via email. When the living room was not exactly what I expected in terms of color ( I think Paint store didn't mix correctly) he repainted the room for free with a new color of my choice for free. He is charming and reliable.

Lance Sanchez did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my home in Aptos. He was always totally professional and did all the work himself without subbing out to less qualified workers. He is very friendly and easy to work with and gave us a very reasonable bid. His work was always on time as promised, efficient and thoroughly completed in a very reasonable time frame. We are having him back to paint our interior and am totally confident we will have the same high quality experience. I would very highly recommend Lance for all your painting needs.

Lance did a great job in staining my redwood siding, decking, and railings. He cheerfully took care of a minor problem. I would recommend Lance for any staining project.

Lance is a great painter, very professional, always courteous, does great work and made some great suggestions about how to improve my project. He is very neat and cleans up any mess and always arrives when he says he will. Lance gives great customer service and is a pleasure to work with, and I plan to hire him again in the future.

Lance was very professional and finished the project in a timely manner. He worked with us throughout the exterior painting process to make sure that we were very happy with the results.
