Horrible. They did horrible work. Carpet buckled in only a month. Not only that, but they also took my last payment and did not return to finish the work! Please, do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company.

Have not been able to get this company to respond to my call to fix installation issues for 2 years

Project was delayed too many times to be considered reasonable. Way too many excuses for not getting the work completed as promised. 4 days from start to finish for a one day job! Started job on the 18th and did not complete until the 21st. Excuses: 1. Carpet distributor ripped carpet, 4 day delay until 16th. Okay This happened on the 12th. 2. Helper did not show so can not do the work. 1 day delay. okay This happened on the 17th, supposed to complete all work on 16th 3.Truck broke, have to wait for it to be fixed 3 day delay, not okay. This happened on 19th, Was promised work would be completed on the 18th. Offered to lend him my truck so he could complete the job. He did not answer my calls or respond to texts after the offer. Project was promised to be finished on the 16th after the first delay, but completion was delayed all the way until the 21st. He went ahead and charged my credit card on the 16th the balance of the amount that was to be due at completion of the whole project before he ever started anything and did not tell me. Project was actually not started until the 18th and was not completed until the 21st. Project was promised to be completed by the end of the day or next day on 3-4 separate occasions and not delivered until the 21st. Work quality was okay but I have seen better and did not cut off all threads hanging out or vacuum rugs when completed. Very disappointed.

L&J did a great job on a carpet repair in a timely fashion. We also are now purchasing carpet from him and he will install within a few weeks. We are very happy with his service.

L&J Flooring did a great job with my wood floors which replaced the vinyl I had earlier. (BTW They also helped with some remodelling work (dry wall) in my basement - all at a great price.) The guys knew what they were doing and their experience showed. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was punctuality. But I put this down to over commitment on other projects. All in All - Great Work at a competitive price!

James did a great job! I hot 3 other estimates and he beat all of them. The previous carpeting job was a mess. He took extra care in installing the new carpets. I let him know I need the carpeting done with in the week so he came on a Sunday to put down the tacks and put the carpeting down the next day. I'm very happy with his work. I would definitely recommend him.

I had been looking for several years for someone to recarpet my 45 Bayliner Pilothouse boat. James was the man. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased. No one in carpeting even knew anybody that recarpeted boats and we've asked everybody. James said he did and had just done a Viking a couple weeks ago. He was fast and we are thrilled. Use L & J Flooring LLC for all your flooring needs. We highly recommend him.

I usually don't write reviews but for James I had to. He did such a good job on installing new carpets in my house. He really knows his stuff, very knowledgeable. Before I hired him I got 3 other quotes and he hands down beat all of them and his carpet was better quality then the competitors. I told him I needed the job done by Tuesday, he came down on a Sunday put down the tacks. Monday morning he took out the old carpet and installed the new carpet. His installation was flawless, I would definitely recommend him.

James, the salesman and installer, of L&J Flooring was professional. We were educated on Smart Strand and was very impressed with the quality and color. He spent a lot of time showing carpet samples and answering many questions. Offered a great product at a competitive price. All the furniture was moved and put it back in place. The work was accomplished to my satisfaction in a timely and efficient manner. James is an expert in his craft. Will recommend this company to anyone.

He did a good job on installing the carpet, but would not stop soliciting future business while completing the job. The installer James is a tough closer. He knows his stuff about carpeting, however I wish his mind remained on finishing the job he was two days late completing instead of finding out what else I had planned for the rest of the flooring in my house. Once the job was done I was happy with the outcome but the process to getting there was challenging.

L & J flooring (James) did an excellent job of planning and installing our luxury vinyl tile in our finished basement floor and sheet rocking a portion of our basement ceiling. I considered several firms for this project and selected James based on his extensive experience, competitive price, and his commitment to superior customer service. James delivered a high value final product and was a total professional during all stages of our project. James' work and character speak for themselves. L & J Flooring came in on budget, completed the project on time and exceeded all of our expectations.
