"I did not give her a price for six jobs I charged her $200 to take down & install new ceiling fan, she had the ceiling fan!! In that $200 also included going buy a new back porch light an 60watt L.E.D bulb & installed it! Also in that $200 dollars I bought & replaced the water hose on/off ball-valve for back porch & installed! I also bought an replaced the toilet hose & on/off ball-valve to bottom of toilet tank! Mrs.[Consumer name withheld at their request] then called me back that evening informed me that both toilets kept running after flushing so the next morning I went to HomeDepot an bought two full replacement kits(flush stem,handle,new center fill pipe,& flap, new bushings,screw & washers ECT.....) the parts cost $50.00 I would've had to take the tanks off replace all parts an reinstall so I had giving her a quote $200.00 to Demo & Install new kits on 2 toilets..( $200.00 Parts & Labor ) An yes I told her to find someone else because I never discussed price with her no estimate for that job an she already had a check wrote out just for the price of materials. ($50.00) She thought that $200.00 was to steep for the amount of work I had ahead of me so I told her find someone else."
