Honest and friendly; knowledgable and fully equipped with signal meter, etc. We already have a TV antenna but needed repair. It was difficult to find someone who didn't want to overcharge. Although our estimate seemed high, they were able to quickly diagnose problem and get it fixed for a nominal charge! I appreciated their honesty.

Honest, ethical, fair and diligent. L and K Star Satellite has an impressive work ethic that is hard to find today when contracting for service. I truly got more than I bargained for when I called him to help me with my TV reception. I would recommend him without reservation.

He arrived on time at the scheduled time. He was very courteous, he cleaned up after himself, and answered all of my questions. I never had any issues! He even did a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was going well. He did a really good job for a good price!
