Pat and his crew completed the job of residing and repairing my detached garage with excellent results and very competative pricing.

I would like to say that Pat and crew from L & M construction was a pleasure to work with to get the projects that I needed done. Pat was a pleasure to do business with. He was professional and courteous and did everything he said he would do. I was amazed at the cost for my projects. Pat was able to get the material needed at a very good price, thus keeping my overall cost at a very manageable amount. I would like to add that Pat and crew when out of their way to insure that worked needed was completed on the same day, working way past dark under raining and cold conditions. I highly recommend L & M construction to others and yes I will be a repeat customer other projects. Thanks again Pat and crew for job’s well done.

Patrick's drywall work was excellent! Everyone who has seen the finished product comments on how great it looks. We were so happy with his work that we hired him to do several other jobs. He did all of them well and was very reasonably priced. He worked nights & weekends, whatever it took to get the job finished. Patrick also volunteered his help on other projects we were doing, gave us advice when we asked for it & assisted us however he could!

They were very knowledgeable. I installed siding and replaced a door. They also helped me find materials for a reasonable price. They were very prompt at making repairs. I had a leak which required additional repairs and they were able to complete the entire project. I am going to hire them to do additional work for me. They show up on time and clean up after the project was completed. They want to please their customers.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I experienced so many negative things with L & M. I wish I had enough room to explain. The highlights? Pat is not reliable. Every time he visited the property, he brought a new person or new persons with him. There was Hardy, Luke, John, James, and a few more names I cannot readily recall. He did not complete the work he promised/contracted. The work he did complete was subpar. And he caused additional damage to my rental property during that process. He cut the hot water line in the bathroom. Gallons of water spilled into the crawl space along with wet debris in the crawl space. After hiring a reputable company, I learned Pat had cut/removed load-bearing support joists/beams in the bathroom. He was unprofessional, i.e., no show to the work site or never showed to the work site on time; no phone call or explanation. He was always full of excuses when he finally returned my call. He harassed my tenant by repeatedly calling her at work. He scared her by telling her the rental property was infested with deadly black mold and that her and her family should not be living there. He even told the tenant to sue me because the property was not safe. He also told her that her water bill would be high and that she should pass the bill to her landlord (me). **Had he forgotten that HE cut the water line??!!** He eventually had the nerve to ask for final payment and with the exception of what I previously shared, NOTHING else had been done. Once I told him I would pay the balance AFTER he completed the job and I could have it inspected, he was once again a NO SHOW. I called Pat again but was not surprised that he did not answer. I left a message informing Pat that if he did not return my call the same evening, I would no longer need his services and that I planned on pursuing legal action against him. Guess what?? NO RETURN CALL from Pat! The next morning another employee/friend (John) called me. Apparently Pat had taken sick the evening before~~ to the extent of the ambulance being called. I informed John that I had already contracted with a reputable company to correct Pat?s work (I use that loosely) and to complete the project. John sounded surprised and stated he was on the way to the store to purchase the supplies. This struck me as odd because Pat stated he had already purchased the supplies two days ago. Again, BUYER please BEWARE!!!

Pat was very conscious and very knowledge always concerned by his work. I was very pleased with everything and hired him to complete other jobs. He is very professional and his work men are very polite. They were on the job immediately and follow thru on the projects. My husband & I are seniors and we are very happy with L&M. I will hire him again to do other projects.

I posted my needs on the website and recieved a response from L&M Construction within an hour. Pat was able to schedule an appointment the same day and started work immediately. He was so knowledgeable that I hired him for several other jobs. His customer service was excellent and the quality of work was great. I will hire L&M Construction for future projects as well.

The man knows what he is doing, does it, and, above all, is deeply concerned that his work be of excellent quality. This is the most pleasant experience I have had with any repairman in my eight decades, and I plan to hire him again for other projects. He is excellent.

I received a phone call within an hour of placing my needs and Pat was able to schedule the job for the same day. He arrived promptly and finished the job quickly.
