Fast, reliable, dependable, and did an awesome job! They came out the same day, diagnosed what the problem correctly. (I thought my AC unit needed Freon as the fan was just blowing warm/hot air..., but they showed and explained that my line was freezing over due to the motor in my attic not working.) They ordered a replacement fan that evening and showed up the next day to bring cool air back into my 94+ degree house! Thank you! A++++++ for service & reasonable price! Highly recommend and will call them for any future heat/cool issues!

They were very accommodating, I originally hired them to repair the air conditioning in October and immediately thought of them when I had the heat pump problem. They are very prompt and time and I felt like the really cared and wanted me to understand all of my options of the repair.

I called Home Advisor and they got me in touch with L&M Mechanical. They told me they could fit me in at 10 am but were able to get here a little after 9 am. They fixed my problem in about 20 minutes and my house was cooling before they left. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and very reasonably priced. They swept up some grass they tracked in even after I told them it was not a problem and I would take care of it. I highly recommend them.
