A miscommunication had occurred between you and my worker... the worker wanted to donate a few hours of her time toward your cleaning because she was very moved by the work your organization is going to be doing there. She did not consult with me first and therefore this led to the conversation I had with you referring to the fact that we are only human and do make mistakes. That comment was not in reference to any work done by me or the worker in question.. and I am truly sorry that you heard it that way. I certainly value the people I work with and the hard work that they do with me side by side. In the end we did discuss doing further work for you and you made no mention of being unhappy with the first job in any way or we definitely would have come back and corrected any ?missed? areas. It seems that this unfortunate incident of miscommunication must be the basis for the negative remarks and for that I am truly sorry that you felt that way. "We work hard to communicate with our clients what their needs are and adjust our work to fit their particular needs. Each home is different and is approached on a home by home basis. Pricing changes as adjustments are made in scheduling and the work load changes... unfortunately sometimes there can still be a miscommunication somewhere along the process.. I regret that this happened in your case and have new policies in place to insure this does not happen in the future. We enjoyed working for you and are sad that you left us so unhappy. But we are learning from the situation and are confident in our processes moving forward."
