It had been a bad experience for me. We had a large house Deep cleaned and the first large area had to be completely gone over after nothing looked done the first time around. Second area cleaned and still a few areas missed. The worst thing you can ever tell a customer who paid you close to $400 is.... Well we are human and have human error in us... (I hate comments like this. Especially when 2 people are working the job and are able to both go over it with fresh eyes). I despise name blaming. When you own a company- you stand for your name and not make excuses, No matter what. You do until you make it right no matter how many times it takes going back and YOU OWN your mistakes. On our personal jobs of employment- you can't blame your poor work ethics on other people. Your management team will doc you, write you up, etc until too many occurances are made and your terminated. I understand that people are not perfect but we can all use some work efforts and strive for excellence. People work hard to pay someone else that same hard earned money that this cleaning company wants to get paid for.

A miscommunication had occurred between you and my worker... the worker wanted to donate a few hours of her time toward your cleaning because she was very moved by the work your organization is going to be doing there. She did not consult with me first and therefore this led to the conversation I had with you referring to the fact that we are only human and do make mistakes. That comment was not in reference to any work done by me or the worker in question.. and I am truly sorry that you heard it that way. I certainly value the people I work with and the hard work that they do with me side by side. In the end we did discuss doing further work for you and you made no mention of being unhappy with the first job in any way or we definitely would have come back and corrected any ?missed? areas. It seems that this unfortunate incident of miscommunication must be the basis for the negative remarks and for that I am truly sorry that you felt that way. Again, I want to thank you for the review.. these comments certainly help us to work on areas where we need improvement and I do so want to do the best I can for not only you but others who spend their hard earned money on our services."

Reliable, pleasant...although still in training (necessary for our business). It would be helpful to have a detailed list of cleaning tasks completed each day with arrival and departure times and the bill for each day. Basically, reliable and honest.

L&N helped me out on very short notice and I really appreciated that. I though their pricing was a little high for the size of the house and the level of cleaning I was asking for and received. Staff was friendly, professional. Also very considerate while cleaning, as I work nights and was sleeping during the day while they were there. They didn't wake me up once and was able to close up the house on their own!

"We work hard to communicate with our clients what their needs are and adjust our work to fit their particular needs. Each home is different and is approached on a home by home basis. Pricing changes as adjustments are made in scheduling and the work load changes... unfortunately sometimes there can still be a miscommunication somewhere along the process.. I regret that this happened in your case and have new policies in place to insure this does not happen in the future. We enjoyed working for you and are sad that you left us so unhappy. But we are learning from the situation and are confident in our processes moving forward."
