L&R did some tile repair and re-grouting for us. They showed up on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done. Ricky, the owner, was very helpful and willing to answer questions. He even adjusted some doors we were having trouble with at no extra cost. We will hire him again.

L and R was very polite and courteous and they started the next day which is great and even helped me move my appliances back in the house. I hired the company to paint two rooms in the house that have laminate floors. The painting part was done well but I have paint spots all over my floor, I provided the paint and also had a drop cloth Just in case. When I asked the painter if he needed to use the drop cloth he told me that since he had been painting for 37 years he would not.

Rick was right on time, he had a helper they got the job done in reasonable time they left not mess

Rick put customer desires ahead of profits. I had another quote from a different contractor who would have charged me more, planned on using cheaper products and didnt take into consideration what I actually wanted. Rick gave helpful advice and at the end of the day delivered a quality product at a great price that my husband and I are both thrilled with!

I was not at all pleased with the end result. I let them know and they said they would come back to fix it, but they would charge me. They never came back to fix anything. I would not hire them again.

They were very messy. I had my ceilings painted and they left a fine paint mist on my kitchen counters, table, chairs etc. I had them paint 2 walls, they removed the pictures but painted right over the nails!! They did crown molding which turned out ok. We had engineered hardwood installed, turned out ok. My biggest disappointment was the ceramic tile we had installed on the kitchen floor. There are gaps, it's uneven...poor, poor installation. I asked if they were going to seal it when they finished and he said they only seal a backsplash because it gets wet. Seriously, my floor sees waaaaay more water than my wall do. When they finished they left all the mess. I spent hours sweeping up scraps off the floor. I ended up buying sealant and sealing the grout myself.

Gave a very reasonable and fair price quote and I was happy I selected them for the job. They were both efficient and timely.

We had crown molding installed and a stairwell painted. The actual crown molding came out okay, however, it was not completely painted to cover the nail heads, that they caulked, or the joints. I even know you should feather the joints between two pieces of molding. The paint job in the stairwell is atrocious. I HAVE TO REPAINT it. Spots were missed entirely. When asked if a second coat was applied my husband was told, you cut in twice and roll once. Well no it's the other way around. We DON'T want them to FIX it - I'll do it myself. On top of it all at the end of the job they charged us an additional $150 with a flimsy explanation. The whole bill came to $1414 and I bought the stairwell paint. We gave them almost 50% up front. One other thing. They brought their dog who proceeded to poop on the lawn 3 times, leaving my husband to clean it up. On the positive side, they were a punctual and pleasant couple.
