I have asked for, and given out several of L&S business cards. Symen is very personable, and worked with my wife and I to stay on budget for our basement remodel. The project was completed on budget (below) and on schedule. Symen answered whatever questions I had throughout the project. The subcontractors that Symen brought into my home were also very preofessional and completed their portion of work in a timely manner. I would recommend L&S for all home projects.

Symen was an absolute pleasure to work with. A skilled carpenter in all facets of the trade, he had a good eye of what to look for, and was willing & able to provide expert suggestions along the way. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with again, and likely will be calling him back for finish carpentry work, too!!

L & S Enterprises is now my contractor of choice for any project I have at my house. The estimates are fair, accurate and detailed line by line. The work is very high-quality and was completed on-time and as agreed. I recommend this company to anyone that has a home project.

Symen came and gave us a bid and told us he could come the next day and do the job. We really wanted to have the job done quickly because the painter was hired and scheduled. Symen took great attention to detail and cleaned up the room, even vacuumed my sidewalk where he had cut the interior house trim! Talk about professional! He was very accomodating.
