Came out and wrote a very concise report on condition of our roof. It had been damaged by hail. Worked with insurance adjuster to finalize our claim. Mike went out of his way to make sure the job was completed as it should be. Crew even worked in the rain to make sure we would not suffer any further damage to our roof. excellent job and great crew. Would recommend to anyone needing a roof repair or a new roof. Mike showed up on time and did a through inspection of my metal roof. He was very courteous and professional. I explained to him that the chimney was leaking rain water into the fireplace . He immediately went back up on a very steep metal roof and proceeded to caulk every place . around the chimney that he thought might be the problem. After he finished he refused to take any money from me because he said it wasn't a big enough job to even put a price on it!!! Where in the world do you find someone so kind and honest to take the time out of their busy day to help someone out!, especially on a dangerous high two story metal roof! I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him. He took his time and did a great job!! These guys go above and beyond. If you need a roofer, stop looking and call Land to Land Roofers. We had a roof leak on our new-build home, and had 2 different companies look at it, we never got a straight answer. Mike was referred by a builder we know, and he search everywhere, went in out attic, across the entire roof, and found the problem. We decided to change out the entire area where we had the leak, and then found out our architectural singles were out of stock and not available for months. They hunted and found them hours away in another state, then drove there to get them so we would not have to wait. Not only was the crew on time, but they walked our yard with a magnet when they were done to make sure they found any nails that may had fallen. Thank you Mike â you are awesome!

Michael Land ,owner of Land to Land Roofing , was very professional and went out of his way to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our roofing project. I would certainly recommend him and his company to anyone contemplating installing or replacing a roof. Mr Land actually added some extra upgrades to our project just because he felt they would enhance the overall appearance of the end result. I cannot say enough good things about his roofing crew. Under Michaelâ s direction they were impressive in the manner in which they went about completing their jobs. Overall Land to Land is an excellent choice for anyone needing a roofing project.

Mike was fast efficient and knowledgeable. He came out, found the one problem we knew about and two areas that would be problems soon. He was able to fix all of it and provided photos to document his work. We will definitely keep his contact info and recommend him at any time.

Mike and his team were prompt, courteous, and did an amazing job on our roof. We will hire them again if the need arises. Update: 05/419/2021 The roof completion was delayed because they ran out of shingles. Two days after completion and final payment was made to Land to Land Roofing, a subcontractor showed up at my door asking to be paid. Then the subcontractor was apparently never paid, and I now have a lien on my house and will have to double pay for this work! I would not recommend this company.

Mike came promptly and gave us an estimate. Then he set a reasonable date and came and did the work. He sent lots of pictures of the finished items and when he left, everything had been picked up. He even cleaned some debris off the roof. Mike was very personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

This was a very small job that most roofers were not very interested in. Mr Land was very responsive and gave multiple options in his quote. Once selected, he setup a time as soon as we were available and completed the work quickly. I would definitely use him again.
