JC Fencing

I heard JC fencing and Collinsville to build me a deck back in April 2023. When we originally got the quote it was $6500 for a pressure-treated deck or 8500 for a cedar deck. We originally wanted to cedar deck, but ended up, changing it to the Pressure-treated deck we also wanted a waterfall staircase. When we decided to change the stairs to waterfall on the edge, he increased the quote to 8500 for pressure-treated. This will not have been an issue if he had finished The job they did build the deck fast, but did not complete the job. When we got the quote, he said that we would have lattice on the bottom of the deck and also capstones to put the stairs on so they dont rot and on top of the rails none of this happened, I tried to get a hold of him and he told me that he quoted that it would be an additional $500 to get the lattice, the cap stones and to place the steps on stones. Every time I try to get a hold of him he would say I am sorry we are so busy, but we want you to be happy and will eventually make it out there. It is now been 3 1/2 months. He did not come out to finish what he said he does not seem like a reliable businessman, and he would always call and say he wanted us to pay more for The, because he had to pay his man , I would highly recommend if youre wanting a deck of fence landscaping, anything that he can do done that you should look elsewhere it would be worth it to pay a little more money for a reliable business then less money for in adequate work.

They did a custom gate and stained wood fence. They completed work in a timely manner and was quality work performed. Made any adjustment I requested with courteous and prompt to attention. Recommend their services fully. Awesome work!!! Awesome workers!!

DONT USE! They installed broken pieces of fencing, then we had to stay on them about new ones. Our gate was installed WRONG and now they want us to pay more money to fix what they messed up. The stairs on our deck shake and are not secure. No longer respond to messages or phone calls. But most important they never called utilities before digging and dug ON TOP of a major gas line.

JC and crew were very professional and efficient. My new fence looks great!

The work was good, but I had to remind him to send my receipt of payment for the deposit and final payment. I'm still waiting on my receipt for the final payment. He did show up as promised for appointments.
