Landen mount

Did not present as a professional in this industry. It took over 3 months to complete the drainage correction work. The process was very frustrating. He did not explain the scope of the work nor left any details about the work that was done even after I asked for this info. The problem still persists. The worst part was he asked to be paid up front.

Work unprofessional does not present professional in the field. Took over three months to complete the job and did not finish. I was never compensated with the work that I needed. Work the result it is not a 100% fix. he did not fix the top of it the drainage problem.

Landen was very helpful in getting what need done. He was very polite and accommodating.

Did a good job leveling the 10ft mounds and creating a smooth landscape in the ditch areas on my property. Now I can mow the areas much easier.

Landen Mount Excavation & Landscaping did an outstanding job at completing a switchback on a hill with a 50-degree grade. Landen completed the project in a timely manner at budget. Whatever I requested Landen was up to the task and completed what needed to be done to make the trail functionable for a John Deere Gator to climb. This was not an easy task, many contractors elected not to bid on the project due to the difficulty. Landen kept to his word and meeting contract requirements and took on the project as a challenge. Landen was very easy to work with and did an excellent job. Thanks!!!

He quoted $75 per hour, what he did not say was that was for each person which of course doubled the total cost.
